Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the  Indonesian economy, particularly in promoting the growth of the local economy  and encouraging the development of the workforce. However, many MSME users  are unable to fully utilize the available resources, particularly in relation to  financial literacy, human resource proficiency, and financial technology  utilization. Limitations in the aforementioned aspects can hinder competitiveness  and business development, especially when it comes to increasing the pressure of  market competition. This study uses primary data collected using the purposive  sampling method. Based on data from the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, and  Trade of Kulon Progo Regency, the population under study is 52,877 MSMEs, with a sample of around 109 MSME users in the manufacturing and mining sectors. The  data is analyzed using a multiple linear regression with the use of SPSS version 26. The study's findings indicate that human literacy and literacy skills have a positive  impact on MSME work, whereas financial technology does not significantly affect  MSME work in Kulon Progo Regency. In contrast to the use of financial technology, this study indicates that increasing literacy and human literacy skills contribute  significantly to increasing MSME productivity.
