This research is to test and analyze the impact of burnout on performance as a mediator by job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research type, the population of 1,186 members of the Kulon Progo police station, the sample of 100 members derived from the Slovin method. The data collection was obtained using questionnaires. The results of data analysis suggests that Burnout has a positive impact on job satisfaction and performance, and partially job satisfaction has a positive impact on performance, but job satisfaction is not a mediator of burnout on the performance of Kulon Progo police personnel.
