This study aims to examine and analyze the role of organizational culture, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of SLB Tunas Kasih Sedayu teachers, in Yogyakarta. This study uses a minimum population adequacy classification of 36 SLB teachers. Data collection methods with questionnaires and observation. Data analysis with descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Organizational culture, work discipline, and work motivation play a positive and significant role in the performance of SLB Tunas Kasih Sedayu teachers, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Research in the context of development can still be carried out by adding other variables.
